Blatent Advertising - Shame on you BBC.

Did you see that the BBC are now carrying adverts for commercial companies?. This morning on the BBC Breakfast program the BBC showed an interview with the CEO of a well know coffee ( I use the term loosely) shop chain. The pretext of the interview was unclear and highly forgettable but the BBC did allow the blatant showing of a new product, which included the Chief Executive of the chain holding up the offending article and commenting on its cheap (sic) price.

I thought the BBC were against such overt advertising, but then just lately they seem to be a law unto themselves.
